Began in 2000, Zacherin Engineered Solutions (ZES) was founded with the passion to provide its clients with practical, economic, and sound design solutions through the application of current engineering technologies. ZES has extensive experience in custom machinery design, engineering analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and mechanical systems layout. Our areas of expertise include packaging machinery design, steel mill machinery design, mining equipment design, valve automation, and general design support. ZES utilizes SolidWorks for 3D modeling of parts and assemblies as well as the creation of dimensioned detail drawings and layouts throughout the design process. SolidWorks Simulation Professional is used to complete complex FEA analyses, motion simulations, and fatigues analyses to ensure all designs can withstand the rigorous loading conditions often found in industrial environments.
